The Truman Show — FOMO MOFO Review

Dystopian fiction in 1998, uncomfortably close to a documentary now. A life broadcast without consent used to be the nightmare; today we volunteer for it daily. Jim Carrey's restrained, grounded turn is a world away from his comedy, and the film only gets better with age as the rest of us drift toward its premise. A great multi-generational watch.
