Is this a subscription?

No. FOMO MOFO is not a subscription. Every box is a one-time purchase — you buy it once, we ship it once, no recurring charges, nothing to cancel later. When we launch new movie-themed boxes, you just come back and buy the next one if you want it.

Can I cancel my order?

Since there's no subscription, there's nothing to cancel in the ongoing sense — but if you need to cancel an order you've just placed:

  • In-stock items: we aim for same-day shipping, so contact us at hello@fomomofo.com within 4 hours of ordering to cancel before it ships.
  • Preorder items: you've got more breathing room — contact us at hello@fomomofo.com within 7 days of ordering to cancel.

Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled — see our refund policy below instead.

What's your refund policy?

We back every box with our No Regrets Guarantee. Contact us at hello@fomomofo.com within 3 days of delivery if something's wrong, and we'll sort out a refund or replacement.

Refunds apply if your box arrives damaged, the packaging has been opened/tampered with, or something inside is otherwise physically not right. Because the box contains perishable/consumable items, we're not able to offer refunds simply based on taste preference — only for genuine quality or delivery issues.

Changed your mind after opening and using the items? You're still welcome to return it within 3 days, but return shipping is at your own cost.

Will the box spoil the movie for me?

No. Everything in the box — and everything in our marketing, packaging, and emails — is spoiler-free. We design each box around the mood and themes of the movie, not the plot. Dive in without worrying about anything being given away.

When will my box ship, and how long does delivery take?

In-stock items ship within 24 hours of your order. Preorder items ship on the date stated in your order confirmation email and on the product page. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your box is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but we're working on it. If you're outside Australia and want a FOMO MOFO box, register your interest with us and the more demand we see from your region, the sooner we'll make it happen.

What if my box arrives damaged or something's missing?

Contact us at hello@fomomofo.com with your order number, and we'll send you further instructions to sort out a replacement or refund.

How do I get my hands on a box before it sells out?

Boxes are made in limited runs tied to each movie release. The best way to make sure you don't miss out is to join our email list — we send early access and a heads-up before each drop.
