- We’ll review it and sort it, whether that’s a refund, replacement, or something better.

- Applies to genuine issues — box arrives damaged, packaging opened/tampered with, or something inside is otherwise not right
- Changed your mind after opening and using the items? You're still welcome to return it within 3 days, but return shipping is at your own cost
