Changed your mind? Tell us and we refund the $20 in full, any time before your box ships. If we cannot ship your box before Christmas, you get it back in full as well. If the balance invoice goes unanswered for 7 days we keep the deposit as a restocking fee and pass the box to the next person waiting, because the spot was held and the stock was bought.
