Changed your mind? Tell us and we refund the $20 in full, any time before your box ships. If we cannot ship before Christmas, you get it back in full as well. If the balance invoice goes unanswered for 7 days we keep the deposit as a restocking fee and the box goes to the next person waiting.

What does the $20 deposit do?
It reserves one box from the guaranteed pre-Christmas run and comes off the $89.90 price. We email you the $69.90 balance for payment before your box ships, so nothing is charged without you knowing.
When does it ship?
The first week of December 2026. Reserved boxes are packed and sent first.
What if it misses Christmas?
Your deposit is refunded in full, no questions asked.
What if I change my mind?
Tell us and you get your $20 back. Email hello@fomomofo.com any time before your box ships and we will refund it, no drama.
What if I do not pay the balance?
We send the invoice and we follow it up. If we have not heard from you within 7 days, we keep the $20 as a restocking fee and your box goes to the next person waiting. Talk to us and that never happens.
How many people is it for?
Two. Everything consumable is double portioned.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Australia only for now, with free shipping on every order.
What if something arrives damaged?
That is on us. Email hello@fomomofo.com with a photo and we will make it right.

When does my box ship?
The first week of December 2026. Reserved boxes go out first. You get a shipping confirmation with AusPost tracking as soon as yours is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Standard AusPost delivery is 2 to 8 business days once shipped. Metro is usually 2 to 4 days, regional can take a little longer.
PO Boxes and parcel lockers
Both are fine. Enter your address at checkout as normal.
